How Can The Subconscious Mind Attract More Clients

Are you spending a lot of time on your marketing and having conversations with potential customers but it hasn’t ‘happened’ yet?

If there is a struggle on the outside, it also means that there is a struggle going on inside and it’s based on our conditioning. Our beliefs, fears, experiences impact our conditioning and affects our personal life, business and the way we attract clients.

While most of us know what is meant by the ‘conscious’ and ‘unconscious’ mind, the power and influence of the third mind state – the ‘subconscious’ – is fairly well misunderstood or ignored.

“When your conscious mind thinks you want something but your subconscious mind thinks you don’t deserve it (or any other limiting belief), you will fail at getting what you want. Instead you will actually attract what your subconscious feels is right for you. In order to attract what you prefer, your conscious and subconscious have to be in agreement.”-Joe Vitale

To attract clients, it is crucial to understand

  • Barriers the subconscious mind puts up (self limiting beliefs)
  • Understand how the subconscious mind influences our conscious mind

Do you ever have any of these beliefs pop up when you are looking to take action?

  • I should call them but they might be busy
  • I don’t want them to thing I’m pushy or manipulative
  • Maybe my prices are too high
  • I don’t know enough
  • What I do is just common sense

If you answered yes, you’re driving you business with the parking brake on.

What to do:

Write a list of all your self-limiting beliefs about having conversations with clients.

Next to each belief, mark it as fact or fiction.

Becoming aware of these fears and beliefs sabotaging us on a daily basis is the first step of working with our subconscious mind.

Most people have no ‘working relationship’ with the subconscious at all.

How does this influence our Conscious mind?

Before we are even faced with a particular scenario, our subconscious has already ‘made its mind up’ about how we are going to feel about it and react.

What to do:

  • Pause and check to see if the belief is fact or fiction
  • Develop new thoughts and feelings about this belief
  • See how it can benefit you, your business and your clients
  • Create positive feelings about this belief and take action in a way that your conscious and subconscious mind are working in partnership and both thinking and feeling good about it.

In that way, conscious thinking can override rather than be invisibly influenced by the subconscious. On the other hand, those who have not embraced the power of the subconscious will continue – without realising – to be influenced by it.
